Person Killed in El Paso Pedestrian Accident on I-10 East near Corral Drive

El Paso, Texas (April 15, 2019) – A driver fled the scene after an auto-pedestrian accident that left one person dead early Sunday morning in East El Paso, police said.
Police received reports of a victim lying on I-10 East near Corral Drive at about 5 a.m. April 14.
The victim may have been struck by more than one vehicle, but no driver stayed at the scene, police said.
The incident led to the closure of the eastbound lanes of I-10 as authorities investigated the incident.
The El Paso police are looking into the crash.
