One Hospitalized after Houston METRORail Accident at Harrisburg Boulevard and Sampson Street
Houston, Texas (April 16, 2019) – A driver was injured on Monday in a crash with a METRORail in Houston, according to a local news source.
The crash happened on Monday, April 15, in the area of Harrisburg Boulevard and Sampson Street.
Police said the driver of an SUV was attempting to make a turn at the intersection heading the wrong way down a one-way street when the METRORail collided with the driver’s side of the SUV.
The SUV driver was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
Harrisburg Boulevard was closed following the crash.
An investigation is ongoing.
