Iisha Crawford Killed in Texarkana Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 30

Texarkana, Texas (December 8, 2020) – A woman was fatally hit by a vehicle Saturday night in Texarkana, according to the Texas DPS.

The deadly accident happened around 6:21 p.m., December 5, on Interstate 30, west of State Line Avenue.

According to a preliminary investigation, Iisha Crawford, 21, of Texarkana, was attempting to cross the interstate when she was struck by an eastbound 2020 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Lloyd Langford, 43, of Richwood.

Texarkana succumbed to her injuries while being transported to the hospital.

Langford was uninjured in the crash.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
