Katherine Rachelle Peeler Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash

San Angelo, Texas (March 3, 2023) – A mother and her two children were injured last Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on February 22.

According to the report, the crash involved an 18-wheeler and a white Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The mother, Katherine Rachelle Peeler, who is a nurse, and her two children were taken to the hospital for treatment. Peeler has undergone multiple surgeries to repair two discs in her neck and her foot and ankle, which were crushed.

A GoFundMe has been created to help with the expenses. 

The crash remains under investigation.
