Four Injured in San Antonio Three-Vehicle Crash on Potranco Road

San Antonio, Texas (June 9, 2023) – Four people were injured Sunday night in a three-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s West Side, according to the police.

The crash happened around 10:30 p.m., June 4, in the 9200 block of Potranco Road, near Highway 151 and Hunt Lane.

Police said three vehicles were involved in the crash. 

Four people had to be extricated from one of the vehicles. A woman and a child were taken to University Hospital for treatment. The other two people were also taken to the hospital for treatment.

No other injuries were reported.

The driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash pulled into a nearby gas station and was detained by police on suspicion of DWI.

The crash remains under investigation.
