One Killed in 3-Vehicle Crash at Wedgewood Drive and Edgemere Boulevard in El Paso

1 Killed in East El Paso Three-Vehicle Crash at Wedgewood Drive and Edgemere Boulevard

El Paso, Texas (April 17, 2020) – One person was killed Friday morning in a fiery three-vehicle crash at an East El Paso intersection, police said.

The deadly crash occurred around 9:55 a.m. at the intersection of Wedgewood Drive and Edgemere Boulevard.

According to police, witnesses said a driver was speeding on Wedgewood Drive when they struck two other vehicles, causing one of them to spin out and crash into a lawn. The second vehicle that was struck caught fire.

One person was killed in the crash.

The crash closed the intersection.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
