Katina Menefee Killed in Nacogdoches Pedestrian Accident on Woden Road

Nacogdoches, Texas (March 21, 2022) – A woman was fatally hit by a pickup truck early Sunday morning in Nacogdoches, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 1:43 a.m., March 20, in the 2800 block of Woden Road.

Police said Katina Menefee, 49, of Nacogdoches, was walking northbound in the northbound lane when she was struck by a northbound white Chevrolet pickup truck.

Menefee was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Chevrolet driver was uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
