Keegan Mosley Killed in Austin Scooter Crash at Interstate 35 and 7th Street

Austin, Texas (August 6, 2021) – The man who was killed early Tuesday morning in a scooter crash in downtown Austin has been identified as 31-year-old Keegan Connell Mosley, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just before 2:00 a.m., August 3, at the intersection of North Interstate 35 northbound service road and E. 7th Street.

Police said Mosley was riding a scooter when he ran a red light at the intersection and collided with a Jeep.

Mosley was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, where he was pronounced dead.

The police are investigating the crash.
