Kenneth Stevens Killed in Corpus Christi Four-Vehicle Crash at South Padre Island Drive and Everhart Road

Corpus Christi, Texas (September 3, 2020) – The man who was killed Sunday afternoon in a four-vehicle crash in Corpus Christi has been identified as Kenneth Stevens,30, of Alice, according to the Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The fatal crash happened at about 12:17 p.m., August 30, at the intersection of South Padre Island Drive and Everhart Road.

Police said a Jeep ran a red light at the intersection and was t-boned by another vehicle. A total of four vehicles were involved in the crash.

The Jeep driver, Stevens, was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

The other three drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
