Lauro Luna Killed, John Roberts Injured in Victoria County Two-Vehicle Crash on Parsons Road
Victoria County, Texas (September 13, 2020) – One person was killed, and another was injured in a head-on collision on Tuesday in Victoria County, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash happened on September 8, on Parsons Road.
DPS said Lauro Luna, 50, of Victoria, was driving a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero southwest when he veered into the opposite lane and crashed head-on into a 2008 Dodge Caravan driven by John Roberts, 47, of Charlotte, N.C.
Luna and Roberts were taken to DeTar Hospital, where Luna was pronounced dead.
Roberts had non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
