Luis Nieves Seriously Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash on 82nd Street near Primrose Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (September 30, 2021) – A man was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Lubbock, according to the police.

The crash happened around 3:30 p.m., September 28, in the 6900 block of 82nd Street near Primrose Avenue.

Police said Luis Nieves, 21, was driving westbound on the street when his car collided with an eastbound truck.

Nieves was taken to University Medical Center with serious injuries.

No other information was available.
