Man Fatally Hit by Vehicle on I-45 in Galveston
56-Year-Old Man Killed in Galveston Pedestrian Crash on I-45
Galveston, Texas (August 29, 2019) – A 56-year-old man was struck and killed by a vehicle on Wednesday morning in Galveston.
According to a police report, the incident happened at about 5 a.m. August 28, in the 2200 block of I-45 at the FM 646 exit.
Police said a 56-year-old Danbury man was struck by a 2016 silver Chevrolet sedan that exited I-45 South at the FM 646.
The victim was killed in the crash.
The driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene to render aid to the victim.
Police are investigating the incident.
