Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Potranco Road

San Antonio, Texas (November 5, 2020) – A man was fatally hit by a car Tuesday night in San Antonio’s far West Side, according to police.

The deadly accident happened just after 8:00 p.m., November 3, near the 9600 block of Potranco Road.

Police said the man was walking across the street in a crosswalk when he was struck by a Toyota Camry, which had a green light.

The Camry driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The man was taken to University Hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released.

The police are investigating the crash.
