Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on North Loop

Houston, Texas (November 6, 2023) – A man was hit and killed by a vehicle Monday morning in Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident was reported around 3:40 a.m., in the eastbound lanes of North Loop, between I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road.

Police said the man was in the main lanes of the freeway when he was struck by a Hummer.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The driver remained at the scene and did not appear to be intoxicated or impaired.

The police are investigating the crash.
