One Hospitalized after Austin Car Crash on Riverside Drive near Pleasant Valley Road

Austin, Texas (July 12, 2019) – One person was injured in a crash between two vehicles on Thursday night in Austin, according to a police report.

The accident occurred on East Riverside Drive near Pleasant Valley Road at about 9:45 p.m. Thursday, July 11.

Police said one car caught fire due to the incident and the driver was rescued by the first responders.

One man was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center with minor injuries.
