Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Veterans Memorial in North Harris County

One Killed in North Harris County Pedestrian Accident on Veterans Memorial near TC Jester

Harris County, Texas (July 18, 2020) – A man was killed early Saturday morning in a hit-and-run crash in north Harris County, according to the deputies.

The deadly accident happened around 2:30 a.m. in the 10500 block of Veterans Memorial near TC Jester.

Deputies said the man was struck by a vehicle that then fled the scene.

The victim, a Black man, was declared dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

Deputies are looking for the suspect.

An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office at 832-927-6200.
