Mark Evans ID’d as Man Killed in Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on South Congress Avenue and Ralph Ablanedo Drive

Austin, Texas (December 7, 2019) – The man who was killed in a two-vehicle crash last month in Austin has been identified as 45-year-old Mark Evans, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened around 11:23 p.m., on November 30, in the 8500 block of South Congress Avenue at the intersection with Ralph Ablanedo Drive.

Authorities said Michael Boisse was driving a 2017 Chrysler 300 northbound when he collided with a black 2011 Infinity at the intersection.

Evans, who was the back seat passenger in the Chrysler, was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, where he later died.

The crash remains under investigation.
