Micah Jones Killed and Emily Miller Injured in Wall Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. 87

Wall, Texas (December 13, 2021) – One person was killed, and another was injured Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash between Wall and San Angelo, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 11:06 p.m., on December 11, on U.S. 87.

DPS said Micah Deshon Jones, 36, of San Angelo, was driving a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria while Emily Miller, 21, of San Angelo, was driving a 2007 Honda Fit northbound.

Jones turned the Ford around on the highway and was struck by the Honda.

Jones was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt.

Miller was taken to Shannon Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries. She was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
