Mother and Daughter Critically Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Prue Road at Babcock

San Antonio, Texas (December 2, 2019) – A mother and a daughter were critically injured in a head-on crash Sunday night in San Antonio, a local news source reported.

The crash took place around 8:30 p.m. December 1, in the 5600 block of Prue Road.

As per the report, a speeding pickup truck crossed over the double yellow line crashed head-on into an SUV occupied by the mother and her daughter.

Both the mother and the daughter had to be extricated from their vehicle. They were taken to University Hospital with critical but non-life threatening injuries.

Police said the pickup driver is being evaluated for DWI.

An investigation is ongoing.
