Man Injured in Harlingen Motorcycle Accident at 77 Sunshine Strip and Monroe Avenue

Harlingen, Texas (January 14, 2020) – A man was critically injured in a motorcycle accident Monday morning in Harlingen, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on Monday, January 13, in the area of 77 Sunshine Strip and Monroe Avenue near “Mi Rancho” restaurant.

Police said a driver was heading southbound when they turned into the restaurant, cutting off a motorcyclist. The motorcycle then crashed into the car.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
