Motorcyclist Injured in San Antonio Crash on Interstate 35 near Rittiman Road

San Antonio, Texas (October 11, 2023) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized following a crash on Tuesday morning in San Antonio, according to San Antonio police.

The crash happened shortly before 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35.

It remains unclear whether the motorcycle was struck by a vehicle or if the rider fell off while driving.

The motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital. The name of the rider and their current condition remained unknown.

Police temporarily closed the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 following the wreck.

Further details about the crash were not immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
