One Injured in Houston Motorcycle Crash on Griggs Road near Calhoun Road

Houston, Texas (May 31, 2021) – A motorcyclist was injured Sunday afternoon after crashing into an ambulance in southeast Houston, according to the police.

The accident occurred around 1:00 p.m., May 30, on Griggs Road near Calhoun Road.

Police said two motorcycles failed to yield and crashed into an ambulance that was en route to the hospital with a patient.

One of the motorcyclists was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No one inside the ambulance was injured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
