Hooks, Texas (February 21, 2023) – A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic crash late Tuesday afternoon in Hooks, authorities said.

The deadly crash happened before noon Tuesday in front of Hooks Junior High School. The school is located on FM 560.

According to the authorities, a school bus, a motorcycle, and a pickup truck were involved in the crash. Details on what led up to the collision were not immediately available.

The motorcycle rider died in the crash.
