Sean Archuleta Killed in Plane Crash on Trinity Bay in Anahuac

Pilot Sean Archuleta ID’d as One of Three Killed in Anahuac Plane Crash on Trinity Bay
Anahuac, Texas (February 24, 2019) – The pilot who was killed Saturday afternoon in a plane crash that also left two others dead near Anahuac has been identified as Sean Archuleta, according to family members.
The deadly crash happened shortly before 12.45 p.m.Saturday, February 22 on Trinity Bay.
As per the report, a twin-engine Boeing 767 Atlas Air cargo jet was on route to George Bush International Airport in Houston from Miami when it nosedived and plunged into the bay, which is just about five feet deep and is mostly mud marsh.
The plane, which was carrying Amazon Prime cargo, made a steep descent from 6,525 feet to 3,025 feet in 30 seconds.
Archuleta and two others were on board the flight. They were killed in the crash.
The names of the other deceased victims have not been released pending identification and notification of family.
The NTSB is investigating the accident.
