One Killed in Austin Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 35 at Braker Lane

Austin, Texas (September 24, 2022) – One person was killed early Friday morning in a pedestrian accident in Austin, according to officials.

The deadly accident happened just after 7:00 a.m., September 23, on the Interstate 35 southbound frontage road at Braker Lane.

Officials said a person was struck by a vehicle on the roadway.

The victim was killed in the crash. Their identity has not been released.

No other details were provided.

An investigation is underway.
