One Killed in Grand Prairie Motorcycle Crash on President George Bush Turnpike near West Pioneer Parkway
Grand Prairie, Texas (August 9, 2021) – According to the Texas DPS, one person was killed Sunday morning in a motorcycle crash in Grand Prairie.
The deadly accident happened around 7:30 a.m., August 8, on the President George Bush Turnpike, near West Pioneer Parkway.
DPS said a motorcyclist was riding between vehicles at a high rate of speed when they hit the left bumper of a Ford Escape.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
The Ford driver and their passenger were uninjured in the crash.
No further details regarding the crash were provided.
The DPS is investigating the crash.
