Nancy Jo Dennington ID’d as Woman Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Avondale Road

Dallas, Texas (December 18, 2019) – The woman who was killed in a pedestrian accident on Tuesday in Dallas has been identified as 72-year-old Nancy Jo Dennington, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident occurred on Tuesday, December 17, on Avondale Road between Fitzhugh and Turtle Creek Boulevard.

Police said Dennington was walking on the narrow sidewalk along the road when she was hit by an Audi sedan that also knocked over a light pole.

Dennington was killed in the crash.

The Audi driver, Ryan Crews, was charged with intoxication manslaughter.

An investigation is underway.
