Person Killed in North Harris County Two-Vehicle Crash at Bammel North Houston Road and Champion Forest Drive; Jeffery Davis Arrested

Harris County, Texas (February 3, 2020) – A person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday near Willowbrook in north Harris County, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened on Sunday, February 2, at the intersection of Bammel North Houston Road and Champion Forest Drive.

Deputies said a gray pickup was making a left turn when it struck a black pickup truck head-on.

The driver of the black pickup truck was killed in the crash.

The driver of the gray truck, Jeffery Davis, 57, was heavily intoxicated at the time of the crash. He was taken to the hospital with neck injuries. He is facing a felony murder charge.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
