Denise Brown Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Loop 323 in Tyler

Denise Brown ID’d as Woman Killed in Tyler Pedestrian Accident on Loop 323 near Erwin Street

Tyler, Texas (February 16, 2023) – The woman who was hit and killed by a vehicle Wednesday night in Tyler has been identified.

Denise Kay Brown, 60, died in the accident that happened at around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, February 15, on NNE Loop 323, just north of East Erwin Street.

Officials said Brown, of Tyler, was crossing the street when she was struck by a truck.

Brown died in the crash.

The truck driver was not intoxicated at the time of the accident, police said

No other information was provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
