One Injured in Truck Crash on Highway 6 in Hearne

Person Hospitalized After Hearne Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 6 near Prairie Hill Drive

Hearne, Texas (September 24, 2020) – One person was injured early Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Hearne, DPS said.

The crash occurred around 4:00 a.m., on Highway 6 near Prairie Hill Drive.

DPS said a truck turned into the path of a Sherwin Williams paint truck that was hauling 80,000 gallons of paint and was hit.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The crash closed the highway north of Prairie Hill Drive.

The crash remains under investigation.
