1 Killed in Irving Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 183 near O’Connor Road

Irving, Texas (December 12, 2019) – One person was killed in a suspected DUI crash Tuesday night in Irving, according to the police.

The crash occurred just after 7:00 p.m. December 10, on Texas 183 near O’Connor Road.

Police said a tow truck driver stopped to help a stranded driver and that’s when a drunk driver crashed into the tow truck and the stranded car. A total of four cars were involved in the crash.

One person was killed in the crash.

A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter.

The police are investigating the crash.
