One Killed in Car Accident at I-20 and E. Loop 338 in Odessa

Driver Killed in Odessa Two-Vehicle Crash at I-20 and E. Loop 338

Odessa, Texas (July 5, 2020) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in Odessa, according to police.

The fatal crash occurred around 1:20 a.m. June 4, at I-20 and E. Loop 338.

Police said a red Dodge Challenger was heading westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-20 when it collided with a tractor-trailer at the intersection.

The Challenger driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured.

The crash remains under investigation.
