One Killed in Three-Vehicle Crash on North 25 Mile Avenue in Hereford

One Killed, 3 Injured in Hereford Three-Vehicle Crash on North 25 Mile Avenue at Walmart

Hereford, Texas (April 16, 2020) – One person was killed, and three others were injured in a three-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in Hereford, according to the Hereford Police.

The fatal crash happened at about 6:50 p.m., April 15, in the 600 block of North 25 Mile Avenue.

Hereford Police said a red Cadillac SUV was traveling southbound when it struck a black Chevrolet SUV, which was turning into Walmart. The Cadillac then hit a white Chevrolet pickup, which had exited the Walmart parking lot and was traveling southbound.

The Cadillac driver was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other two drivers and a passenger in the white Chevrolet were taken to Hereford Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.

Investigators said speed was a factor in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
