One Seriously Injured in Rollover Crash at Highway 377 and FM 424 in Denton County

One Airlifted After Denton County Multi-Vehicle Crash at Highway 377 and FM 424

Denton County, Texas (May 15, 2020) – According to a local news source, one person was airlifted Thursday afternoon after a rollover crash in Denton County.

The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. May 14, at the intersection of Highway 377 and Farm to Market Road 424.

According to a preliminary investigation, a vehicle lost control and overturned at the intersection. A Ford truck and trailer and a small passenger vehicle were also involved in the crash.

One person had to be extricated and was airlifted to Medical City Denton with serious injuries.

All northbound lanes of Highway 377 were diverted onto Dr. Griffin Road, and all southbound lanes were diverted onto FM 424, following the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
