One Critically Injured in SW Houston Pedestrian Accident near Almeda and Fuqua
Houston, Texas (December 31, 2021) – A pedestrian was struck by an off-duty Harris County deputy Thursday night in southwest Houston, according to the police.
The accident happened around 8:45 p.m., December 30, near the corner of Almeda and Fuqua.
Police said a pedestrian was struck by an off-duty Harris County deputy.
The deputy appears to have had the right of way and was not intoxicated at the time of the accident.
The victim was taken to a local trauma center in critical condition.
No additional information was available.
An investigation is underway.
