Man Killed in Harris County Pedestrian Accident on North Freeway near Vista Drive

Houston, Texas (July 15, 2021) – According to the authorities, one person was killed Thursday morning in a pedestrian accident in north Harris County.

The deadly accident happened just after 5:00 a.m. on the North Freeway near Vista Drive.

According to the authorities, a driver was traveling northbound on the feeder road when a young white male suddenly appeared in the roadway. The driver attempted to swerve but couldn’t avoid the crash and hit the pedestrian.

The driver remained at the scene after the accident.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The accident closed the North Freeway feeder road at the Vista Drive area.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
