One Killed in Dallas Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident near Cedar Springs and Routh

Dallas, Texas (February 17, 2020) – A pedestrian was killed in a possible DUI crash Sunday evening in Dallas, according to the authorities.

The accident happened around 5:00 p.m., February 16, near Cedar Springs and Routh.

Authorities said a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on the roadway.

The pedestrian was declared dead at the scene.

The driver fled the scene but was later found and arrested.

Authorities said the driver was being investigated as a possible DWI blow and leak.

No further details were provided.

An investigation is underway.
