36-Year-Old Man Critically Injured in Corpus Christi Pedestrian Accident on Morgan Avenue

Corpus Christi, Texas (June 2, 2019) – A 36-year-old man was struck and critically injured by a vehicle Thursday night in Corpus Christi, authorities said.

The pedestrian accident occurred Thursday, May 30 in the 3100 block of Morgan Avenue.

According to the authorities, a 46-year-old man was driving his car eastbound on Morgan Avenue when the 36-year-old man walked out in front of the vehicle and was hit.

The pedestrian was transported to a hospital, where he remains in critical condition as of Friday morning.

The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
