Penn Moffitt Ford Killed in Killeen Pedestrian Accident on Rancier Avenue

Killeen, Texas (January 8, 2021) – A woman was fatally hit by a vehicle Thursday evening in Killeen, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 6:38 p.m., January 7, in the 3300 block of E. Rancier Avenue.

Police said Penn Moffitt Ford, 51, was attempting to cross the street from the southbound side to the northbound side when she was struck by a westbound black Chevrolet Malibu.

Ford was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police are investigating the crash.
