Precinct 7 Deputy and Woman Hospitalized After Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Scott Street near South Beltway

Houston, Texas (July 1, 2020) – A Precinct 7 deputy constable and a woman were injured Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Houston, according to authorities.

The crash happened around 3:57 a.m. on Scott Street near the South Beltway.

Deputies said the crash involved the deputy’s patrol vehicle and the woman’s car.

The woman was trapped in her car and had to be extricated. She was taken to the hospital with cuts to her face.

The deputy was taken to the hospital with knee pain.

The deputies are investigating the crash.
