Every accident has its own set of circumstances and no two accidents are exactly the same. That’s why there is no way to know whether a particular incident qualifies as a situation worthy of legal pursuit unless all details are carefully examined. If negligence was a factor in personal injuries, pain, and suffering, property damage or loss of life, then the probability is high that a case can be built.
