Russell Warrington Killed in Anderson County Bicycle Crash on U.S. Highway 175

Anderson County, Texas (November 8, 2023) – A cyclist was struck and killed by a truck early Tuesday morning in Anderson County, according to the Texas DPS.

The deadly accident happened around 12:35 a.m., November 7, on U.S. Highway 175.

DPS said Russell Warrington, 67, of Frankston, was stationary in the eastbound lane of the highway when a westbound Ford F-150 driven by a Seagoville man hit him.

Warrington was killed in the crash.

The Ford driver was uninjured in the crash.

No other details were provided.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
