Terry Ann Rowland Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Culebra Road near Potranco Road

San Antonio, Texas (October 2, 2020) – The woman who was fatally hit by a Hummer early Tuesday morning in San Antonio’s West Side has been identified as Terry Ann Rowland,61, according to police.

The fatal crash happened at about 6:00 a.m., September 29, in the 7700 block of Culebra Road near Potranco Road and Loop 410.

Police said Rowland was crossing the street from her apartment and was heading to a bus stop across the street when she was struck by a Hummer H3.

Rowland was knocked about 15 yards by the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
