Three Injured in DUI Crash at Walzem and I-35 in San Antonio

Three Hospitalized After San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash at Walzem and I-35

San Antonio, Texas (June 25, 2020) – Three people were injured on Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio, according to police.

The crash happened on June 24, at the intersection of Walzem and I-35.

Police said a man in his 30s was driving a green SUV when he ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into a white work van occupied by five people.

Two of those people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The man was also taken to the hospital with serious injuries. When he gets released from the hospital, he could be facing a DWI charge.

The police are investigating the crash.
