Three Injured in Plane Crash on Primrose Path in Canyon Lake

Two Adults and One Child Injured in Canyon Lake Plane Crash on Primrose Path

Canyon Lake, Texas (September 8, 2020) – Two adults and a child were injured in a plane crash Monday afternoon, north of Canyon Lake, according to officials.

The crash was reported around 1:04 p.m., September 7, in the 200 block of Primrose Path.

Officials said a fixed-wing single-engine Beech G-35, which is registered to Cecil R. George of Fort Stockton, took off from Fort Stockton and was bound for Canyon Lake Airport when it crashed.

Two adults were airlifted to Ascension Seton Hays Hospital in Kyle with unknown injuries. The child was released to a parent who later arrived at the scene.

The Texas DPS and the FAA are investigating the crash.
