Todd Lamar Thomas and Crystal Lynn Haskins Among Three Killed in Fort Worth Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 156

Fort Worth, Texas (October 10, 2019) – Three people were killed and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night in far north Fort Worth, according to a local news release.

The collision took place at about 8:23 p.m., October 8, on Farm to Market Road 156 between Intermodal Parkway and Old Blue Mound Road.

Officials said Todd Lamar Thomas, 29, was driving when he tried to pass another car on a two-lane road and crashed head-on into a vehicle driven by Crystal Lynn Haskins.

Thomas and Haskins were declared dead at the scene.

Two children were airlifted to Cook Children’s Hospital. One child was listed in critical condition while the other was listed in serious condition.

The crash closed FM 156, causing major delays.

Motorists were urged to seek alternate routes.

An investigation is underway.
