Tony Presley and Robin Presley Injured in Polk County Plane Crash near Livingston Municipal Airport

Polk County, Texas (June 15, 2020) – Two people were injured Saturday evening in a plane crash in Polk County, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. on June 13, near the Livingston Municipal Airport.

According to the report, Tony Presley, 54, of Deridder, Louisiana, was flying a single-engine 1970 Beechcraft BE24 aircraft from Fulshear to Deridder when the plane reportedly experienced mechanical issues. Tony attempted to land the plane at the Livingston Municipal Airport, but it crashed just east of the runway.

Tony was taken to Hermann Hospital in Conroe for treatment. His passenger, Robin Presley, 57, also of Louisiana, was taken to CHI St. Luke’s Hospital in Lufkin for treatment. Their conditions have not been released.

The FAA and the NTSB are investigating the crash.
