Two Injured in Austin Multi-Vehicle Crash at FM 2222 and FM 620

Austin, Texas (April 8, 2021) – Two people were seriously injured Wednesday morning in a multi-vehicle crash in the Four Points area of far northwest Austin, according to officials.

The crash was reported around 7:01 a.m., April 7, at the intersection of FM 2222 and FM 2222.

Officials said two vehicles were involved in the crash.

Two people were trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated.

Both victims were taken to St. David’s Round Rock Hospital with potentially serious injuries. They were both declared trauma alerts.

The crash closed FM 2222 near River Place Boulevard, and motorists were urged to seek alternate routes.

The crash remains under investigation.
