Two Police Officers Injured in Dallas Two-Vehicle Crash on LBJ Freeway near Forest Lane

Dallas, Texas – Two Dallas police officers were injured early Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Dallas, according to the police.

The crash happened around 12:30 a.m., February 3, on the LBJ Freeway near Forest Lane.

Police said Michael Padilla, 24, crashed into a parked patrol car with two officers inside in the eastbound lanes of the freeway.

The officers were taken to a local hospital as a precaution where they were treated, and released.

Padilla was arrested for unrelated warrants.

An investigation is underway.
