Wesley Timmins Dead, Kynia Williams and Jerry Wood Hurt in Car Crash on US 80 near Marshall

Wesley Timmins Killed, Kynia Williams and Jerry Wood Injured in Harrison County Two-Vehicle Crash on US 80
Marshall, Texas (March 11, 2019) – One person was killed, and two others were injured on Sunday in a two-vehicle crash on a Harrison County highway, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash occurred on Sunday, March 10, on US 80.
As per the release, Jerry Allen Wood, 78, of Karnack, was driving westbound on the highway when for unknown reasons, he crossed into the eastbound lane and hit a Chevrolet 1500 driven by Wesley Sherard Timmins, 30, of Marshall.
Timmins was declared dead at the scene. His passenger, Kynia Ajuan Williams, 21, of Karnack, was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. Both were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
Wood was also taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
